That's me in a cowboy hat. I don't normally wear a cowboy hat. Unless you think it's cool. Then I wear it all the time.

I'm a copywriter by trade. I'm also adept at thinking up big ideas, campaigns and whatnot.

Experience

It was a long road to working in advertising. Since college (The University of Texas at Austin, Hook 'em) I've done my stints in retail and food service, made videos for a social start-up that never really started up, got coffees as a production assistant for reality TV, worked at a scrap metal yard, and account executived (I'm a writer I can make anything a verb) at a company that made websites for car dealerships.

Oh and I spent a good decade performing and teaching improv and sketch comedy with a stint as the comedy club's social media specialist.
